To keep your system in a healthful state, particularly the neurological system which becomes an issue as one ages, you must move a lot - daily. That is without question. However, simply exercising is not enough. In fact, you can run five miles plus lift weights every single day, and still you may age quickly, experience accelerated physical degeneration, and be in unnecessary pain if your spine is not getting enough of the right type of movement.
Mobility of all the joints, especially the spinal column, is THE most important thing. You should, at a bare minimum, be able to bend forward, bend backward, twist sideways, and squat with full range of motion, otherwise you will feel very old while you could still be feeling young. These abilities, among so many others, are developed and practiced regularly as part of the Skillz Movement programming.
