As human beings, we tend to overdo things. Intentions may be good, but unfortunately intentions don't matter much in life. In terms of consequences, only if you do the right things, the right things will happen.
Below are 7 things many humans chronically overdo. If you pay attention, you can make quite simple changes that will drastically reduce your likelihood and/or severity of immobility, pain, injury, depression, and many of the preventable health problems that have become burdensome to a lot of individuals and society.
Many of these problems are directly tied to the ways in which we choose to use our bodies to live every day.
There is no point in dwelling on yesterday's problems, as long as you did the best you could do. The important thing is that whatever you thought was the best you could do yesterday should not be good enough to you anymore today. What you are doing today should be better than yesterday. Otherwise, you aren't growing.
Growth means making yourself the way you want to be. How you want to be may change as you mature. For example, at a certain age (these days earlier than before), abs or buns of steel no longer are a concern (hopefully), and instead you want to be able to function at least normally without pain. What is the point in looking fit by some dysfunctional social standard if you feel old, weak, stiff, and lackluster?
Growing is a constant process that is about building yourself up to the highest possible level. Skillz Movement is a practice that provides constant growth through proper incremental progressions and ever-increasing complexity/diversity. It's not about fast fitness. It's about proper, organic, sustainable movement development.

It's time to strive for what the true highest level is for yourself. Do not compare yourself to anyone. There is nothing noble or worthwhile about being better than someone else. What matters is that you do the best you can do for yourself. Those who are focussed just on running faster than others will never fly.
Move better. Live better.
